Over the last several months, I’ve been asked the same question over and over:

“Why did you move Naturalis Herbal?”

The answer is actually pretty simple.

Our values didn’t align.

When I started Naturalis Herbal, it was never just about herbs, teas, tinctures, or sourdough. Those things are what we make, but they aren’t the reason we exist. From day one, this business has been about helping people.

Not some people.

All people.

I don’t care where you come from, what you believe, who you love, what you’ve been through, what mistakes you’ve made, or what season of life you’re in. If you walk through our door, you’re going to be treated with kindness, respect, and compassion.

That isn’t a marketing strategy. It’s who we are.

I have always believed that every person deserves to be heard. Sometimes people don’t need someone to fix everything. They just need someone willing to listen, encourage them, and help them find the next step. If herbs can help, we’ll tell you. If we think another option would serve you better, we’ll tell you that too. Our goal has never been to sell you something. Our goal is to help you.

Life is hard enough without feeling judged or unwelcome.

I know what it’s like to need someone in your corner. Because of that, I refuse to build a business where anyone feels like they don’t belong. I won’t be part of an environment that decides who is worthy of kindness or help.
