Why did we get started?

I’ve been on a transformative journey towards better health, and I want to share why I’m making the shift to natural herbal medicine and remedies. Over the past few years, I’ve been gradually reducing my reliance on prescription medications, with the invaluable support of my doctor and Douglas. This change has not only empowered me but also opened my eyes to the incredible benefits of nature’s offerings.

For years, I managed my health primarily through conventional medicine. While prescriptions provided immediate relief, I often found myself grappling with side effects and a feeling of disconnect from my body. After much reflection and discussions with my doctor, I realized I wanted a more holistic approach to my wellness. With my doctor’s guidance, and with Douglas cheering me on, I began exploring natural alternatives.
